THE ASSURANCE OF EXCELLENCE

Products that are designed, manufactured, and inspected by us are supplied in accordance with the quality assurance requirements of ISO9001 and ISO9000-3. All other products are assembled, inspected and supplied in accordance with the quality assurance requirements of ISO9002.

This policy is implemented through a Quality Management System designed to maintain and enhance our reputation as a favoured supplier of high quality products and services that meet fully our customer's needs.

Functional responsibilities for quality have been assigned and designated personnel have full authority for the maintenance of this policy. However, ALL employees are responsible for achieving and maintaining product quality standards .....

Throughout the business:

• quality improvement is everyone's responsibility
• everyone is encouraged to participate in quality improvement activities
• quality improvement is continuous and includes the building of closer internal and external customer - supplier relationships
• customer needs are aggressively pursued
• active supplier co-ordination ensures that purchased goods meet our quality needs
• ongoing education and training is a key element of quality improvement
• quality improvement groups continuously review and update our quality procedures.
