- Defining and assigning Product Liability management responsibilities and the establishment of appropriate management structures within the organisation.
- Identifying, controlling, and minimising health & safety impacts arising from the use of our products and services.
- Ensuring that we are conversant with all Product Safety and Product Liability regulations and legislation applicable to our products and services.
- Develop a company-wide Product Liability culture through communication programmes that increase the awareness and understanding of Product Liability issues by all employees.
- Establishing effective partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and other external communities, to address Health and Safety problems associated with our products and services.
